CMS set up for blog list and individual posts' page

I’ve tried to no avail following the video on how to create and connect CMS collections to individual posts’ page and blog list page.

I couldn’t fathom how to create the CMS items. When I use a grid on the builder and choose a collection on the CMS as the source, nothing displays.

Can you, please, make a separate video for that?

@Victor To create an individual Blog Post page, just create a standard Page from the Pages Panel and name it whatever, ‘Blog’ for example

Then, right click on it > Source > and select your CMS Collection.
