That section has a bit of custom CSS added through attributes.
Go to the MAIN component as on screenshot, you can open it from components sidebar.
Then click card you want to edit, go to advanced > attributes, and you will see how background & color is set. I know it might be a bit challenging, but this is a loop, so we needed to do it like this.
