Adding custom code (embed code) in admin panel as well as on builder is not working.

I loaded your script inside of custom files, instead of as an embed, it is a better solution maybe?
Just I dont understand why is it not working, are you sure that only thing you need to do is to load this script, theres nothing else in their guide?

The standalone livechat widget is working fine but not the menu button widget.
I tested both codes on phonesites and it is both working fine.
I will register soon on that website to understand it better and I will let you know on how we can solve it.
