Is there any way to insert a chatbot into my website I dont think there is one built in currently but do you support any third party services / allow me to make one on my own and putting it on the site.

Yea it gives you a script you just simply place it in the Settings->Custom Code area of your website under “Head End” this way it applies across all of your website pages.
