Q1: I would like to have a more complex filtering solution and have users able to apply 2+ filters simultaneously (instead of having only an OR option)
I am aware that at the moment you offer only simple filtering, but could you recommend any library to do that? Is it something you have on the roadmap?
Q2: I would like to be able to search on the whole website and all CMS items, especially if there is pagination implemented (if I have a listing with many elements, I feel pagination is more user-friendly). Any recommendations on how to do it?
Last year I saw both elements were on top of your priorities, but I have not seen development on the topic.

How does the search implemented in the Loom video differ from the simple search plugin? It will work even with elements in the CMS not displayed on the page? I tried to implement it but unfortunately does not work for me.

The issue I am facing atm is that I cannot even make the search on the page working (while I was able to do that with the simple search plugin)
so search field is useless for Airtable api, they do not support that.
I updated airtable plugin, so now you can use filters, I already applied it to your project, here’s how it looks. So I have set if title includes whatever is in search query, it will show that result.
