My custom domain was working for the pas week however now it is timing out. What can I do to diagnose the issue.

I live in Singapore, tried both on wifi and mobile across 2 devices but was only able to access the site via vpn to the US

Using https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/otspacking.com it shows as down for me.
And my GA shows a suspicious drop for yesterday

I am still waiting for answers from technical guys, not much I can do.
Let’s do this, replace the IP to 151.139.87.15 as temporary solution, no downtime will be present. It should work until we fix the issue with our global IP.

Can you ping now our main IP: 185.85.196.60 (from your pc terminal: ping 185.85.196.60)?

Could you now revert back to our main IP: 185.85.196.60 and test if it works, since pinging works, seems like issue is fixed. Please let me know once you do and if website works for you.
