This is not first time I am waiting for customer service to deal with my queries/issues. A week for an answer is not acceptable. Can you please provide good customer service from now on and answer customers queries in appropriate timescale. You cannot let down your customers with poor customer service.

Hi thanks for finally answering quickly. I do not do discord. My question may be technical however has to do with your system not working properly when it should as per your videos. The rich text does not show as it is on my page so this is something you need to fix hence my issue with your system which I would like to help fix. I also appreciate your understanding and look forward to a prompt answer to my query about the rich text and cms not working properly.
