This is a simple setting on the DH dashboard, what is it?
If potential customer types in www.triumviratelaw.com the site doesnt load. if they type triumviratelaw.com site loads:

Try this:
in the" Domain Settings" you can change with “WWW Redirect Rule” section…
change (both) to (with WWW)
