Form submit button not working

Form is configured and used to work properly (until last attempt Friday), and today, nothing happens when clicking on the “submit” button (even in network log)

Hey, looks like you’ve mistakenly nested form inside form which triggered this bug:

I deleted extra form and now everything seems to work properly, please test it out.
