How do I make the dropdown field in form work?

I’ve designed a form and added the select field. On web, it’s not working as it should, but on mobile, the field pops up.

How can I make it look and work as every other dropdown field?

I can’t see some of the values in the second “Select” dropdown

You can select your options from sidebar, and through loop on top right edit specific items
