Is there an easy way to create an anchor from a button (at the top of the page) to a video that is on the same page?

the video or div that contains the video must be given an id. In the link settings field, indicate this id and indicate the offset if necessary.
Thanks. I already knew that though. I was asking what I have to do after making the button to scroll to an anchor… So, what would i do to establish the connection to the video? What would I need to do to the video?
I don’t quite understand the question. English is not my native language 
If you enter the id of a video element in the button settings, then this button, when clicked, will scroll to the video with the specified id.
