Loop Link Anchor Not Working

I recall the loop linking to external pages not working in another bug report.

After figuring out why the text anchor doesn’t work for almost an hour (following the youtube tutorial), I realised this could be a similar bug.

Anchor seems to work fine on individual links though.

I am building a new website for a client so please let me know if this is the same bug and time frame if it is looking to be fixed.

Text anchors via link loop are used for header and footer.

Just to let you know I’ve updated the links as seperate and not loops as this seems to be functional. Thank you!
