Page menu not working when rearranging paths and folders

Hi, The Page menu is not working when I need to drag and drop pages inside the other page ( folder ), When I publish or refresh it get back where it was.

The ones I added a few weeks ago worked but now not working with the new ones.

Can you help with that?
