I’ve setup Popups for my sub-menus, but when going over one entry and then the next, the first popup doesn’t disappear.

Would be nice to know how to do this, have the same issue 
You should have this option when you reinstall a plugin. I am not sure how old is this project, but if it is really old and plugin is installed long time ago, thats the reason why you dont see this setting
Thanks @Pakic , I’ve reinstalled the Popup plugin and it works well now.
