Unable to Open Builder

When I try to open the builder from any of my Divhunt websites, I get taken to a blank white page where the only thing that is displayed is the “built in Divhunt” label on the bottom right of the page.

This happens to all of the websites. All websites use the “.divhunt.art” domains.

Please can you look into this.

It’s not the bug, rather than you are not logged in anymore.

In this case, you need to go to Divhunt | Divhunt Login (Divhunt Dashboard) and open builder from there.

@dejan I don’t think this is the case. I have logged in and experienced the same issue @Nstar is having. I doubled-checked to make sure I was not using VPN connection, but I kept getting a privacy connection error related to the SSL cert for the *.divhunt.art subdomains.

REPRO

  1. Log in to *divhunt.com/sign-in
  2. Go to Projects
  3. Click option menu for a project
  4. Select “Open Builder” from options menu
  5. Confirm “Choose Domain” (e.g. thewildpathto.divhunt.art)

EXPECTED
Browser loads builder for selected project for “thewildpathto.divhunt.art”

ACTUAL
Browser attempts to load:
https://thewildpathto.divhunt.art/builder

and returns the following error:

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.thewildpathto.divhunt.art (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

MORE INFORMATION
When I investigate the site information from the error page, I see a message that the certificate is not valid. Under the General tab in Chrome it says:

@lumaflow Thank you for validating the issue I am experiencing!

@dejan I have logged out, cleared my browsing data (Chrome) yet I am still having the same problem.

Thank you very much to both of you, it was silly problem, only affecting those who used the redirect to www

Should be all good now, please test and let me know.

After logging out and signing back in I am now able to gain access to the Builder.
