Automatic timer on my website

Hello,

I want to set up a sort of automatic timer on my website that will count down how many days, hours, minutes and seconds are left until the deadline.

Can you give me some suggestions on what I can do to make it count automatically? What you see below in the screenshot does not work automatically but is static text :/.
